SENDING MEDICAL DATA

The contact is initiated with the transmission of medical data to the International Patients Department, at info@medicinepark.co.uk .


In order to provide you with a second medical opinion, we will need the following documents:

  • Previous medical documents

  • Imaging procedures not older than 6 months (CT, MRI, x-rays, etc.)

Images must be submitted in electronic format via www.wetransfer.com.

USEFUL AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • The evaluation of the specialist doctor and obtaining the answer regarding the possible treatment plan takes a maximum of 24 hours.

  • The period of travel shall be determined by the patient and the representative of the International Patient Department shall be informed thereof.

  • The flight information will be communicated by e-mail to the International Patients Department to ensure the airport-clinic / hotel transfer.

  • Payment for services can be made by cash or card on the spot, or by bank transfer.

  • The presentation at the consultation must be accompanied by medical analyzes / reports, imaging investigations in electronic form (CD, USB disk) or films.

TRANSLATOR SERVICES

  • We provide our international patients with translation and translator services for several foreign languages. Our translators provide assistance during the consultations, as well as the translation of the necessary reports or documents.

  • In the hospital lobby you will be greeted by a medical translator of our hospitals.

  • The medical translator will accompany you to the consultations with the doctors and to the investigations that you will have to carry out, becoming your guide throughout your stay in Turkey.

TRANSPORT AND ACCOMMODATION

  • The International Relations Department has negotiated special rates with a number of hotels located near our hospitals, to facilitate quick access to appointments.

  • Before arriving, the representative of the International Relations Department will work with you to identify the accommodation option that best suits your needs.

  • If the patient stays in the hospital for several days, a bed for the patient's attendant is provided in each hospital room.

  • A driver will meet you at the airport upon arrival. The driver will hold a sign with the patient's name.

  • We provide the necessary transfers to and from the airport free of charge. A hospital representative will meet you at the airport upon your arrival and accompany you on all transfers to our medical units.

BEFORE THE JOURNEY

We want to make sure that your visit to our hospitals will be a flawless one:

  • Get a copy of all your medical records and a list of the medications you are currently taking. Bring diagnostic CDs and movies from previous medical procedures.

  • Contact your patient's international representative to schedule an airport pick-up and hotel reservations.
