1. What data we collect

When you fill in the evaluation form, contact us on WhatsApp or by phone/e-mail, we collect: your name, phone number, e-mail address, the treatment you are interested in, and — only if you choose to send them — medical documents, imaging and photos needed for a medical evaluation. Our website also collects technical data (IP address, device and browsing data) through cookies, subject to your consent in the cookie banner.

2. Why we process your data

We process your data to: (a) review your file and provide a second medical opinion and a written treatment offer from partner hospitals in Turkey; (b) communicate with you about your request, travel and treatment; (c) improve our website and measure our advertising (analytics and advertising cookies, only with your consent); (d) comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — including your explicit consent for health data (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give when you send us your medical documents; steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b)); and our legitimate interests in operating and protecting our services (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who receives your data

Your medical file is shared only with the accredited partner hospitals in Turkey whose doctors evaluate your case. To operate our services we use vetted providers acting on our instructions: CRM and communication platforms, e-mail/SMS providers, workflow automation, website hosting and security, and — with your consent — analytics and advertising services (Google, Meta). We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Providing our service requires transferring your medical file to partner hospitals in Türkiye, a country outside the EEA. This transfer takes place at your request and with your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR), solely for your medical evaluation and treatment.

6. Retention

We keep enquiry and file data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where a service is provided, for the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting prior processing. To exercise any right, write to info@medicinepark.co.uk. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority (ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro) or your local data protection authority.

8. Cookies

Cookies are placed only according to the choices you make in the cookie banner. You can change your preferences at any time from the cookie settings icon on the site. Essential cookies required for the site to function are always active.

9. Updates

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always published on this page. Last updated: 14 July 2026.
