We are a representation office — not a hospital, and not a clinic

Medicine Park International is the official representation office for JCI-accredited partner hospitals in Turkey. When you send us your file, we pass it to a doctor at a partner hospital, bring back a second medical opinion within 48 hours, and give you one written, all-inclusive price. Everything after that — the questions, the scheduling, the follow-up once you are home — runs through one coordinator who stays with you.

We want to be precise about what that means, because “medical tourism” is a phrase that covers very different businesses. We do not deliver medical care. We do not employ the surgeons. We are the office that sits between you and an accredited hospital, in your language, on your timezone, for as long as you need us.

What we actually do

Four things, and only these four:

• We put your file in front of a doctor. You send us what you have — symptoms, a diagnosis, photographs, previous reports. We route it to the right department at a partner hospital and come back with a written second medical opinion, normally within 48 hours.
• We give you one price, in writing, before you commit. All-inclusive and fixed. Not a range, not an estimate that moves once you land.
• We coordinate. Dates, hospital admission, translation, your ground arrangements in Turkey, and every question in between.
• We stay reachable afterwards. Recovery questions do not stop when the flight lands. Neither do we.

We do not guarantee medical outcomes; we guarantee coordination and communication with your doctor and the partner hospital.

What we do not do

Being clear about the limits is part of being trustworthy:

• We are not a medical provider. No one at Medicine Park International diagnoses you, treats you, or overrules the doctor who does.
• We do not book your flights. Your travel is yours to arrange; everything on the ground in Turkey is ours.
• We do not charge you to be evaluated. The second medical opinion and the written price cost nothing and commit you to nothing.
• We do not promise results. Any business that does is telling you something no clinician would.

Why a representation office, and not going direct

A hospital abroad will answer an enquiry. What it will not do is act as your advocate in your own language, hold the thread across weeks, chase a department that has gone quiet, or still be reachable four months later when you have a question about your recovery. That is the job we do, and it is the whole reason the office exists.

You are also not paying us for it. Our arrangement is with the partner hospitals, so the written price you receive is the price of your treatment.

The hospitals we work with

We work exclusively with partner hospitals accredited to international standards — JCI-accredited partner hospitals, licensed by Türkiye’s Ministry of Health, in Istanbul, Antalya, Ankara and Izmir.

Accreditation is the reason we can be confident about what we are sending you into. It is an external, periodic, on-site audit of how a hospital actually runs: infection control, medication safety, surgical checklists, how patients are identified, how records are kept. A hospital does not award it to itself.

Before any file leaves this office we confirm the receiving hospital’s accreditation is current and that the department is the right one for your case.
