There is no single best dental clinic in Turkey for everyone. The best clinic for you is the one that can show you, in writing and before you travel, exactly what it will do, with which materials, at what price, and who stays with you once you are home. The ten checks below separate those clinics from the rest, and you can run every one of them from home.
The 10-point checklist
Work through the list with every clinic you are comparing, including us. A clinic that answers all ten in writing, before you pay anything, has earned its place on your shortlist.
- A plan built from your own X-ray or photos. A good clinic plans from your panoramic X-ray or clear photos of your teeth, not from a standard package. The written plan lists every tooth to be treated and what will be done to each one.
- The materials named on the plan. Whether it is e-max, zirconia, layered ceramic or composite, the material is named for each tooth, and for implants the implant system as well. Our guide to what Turkey teeth are made of explains the options.
- One fixed price, in writing. Ask for a single all-inclusive price for your plan, not a range, with a clear list of what it covers: the consultation and X-rays, the treatment itself, transfers, a translator and follow-up support. Anything charged separately should be listed too.
- The number of visits, stated up front. Some treatments are finished in one visit and some are planned over two, with time in between. The plan should say how many visits you need and how long each one lasts, so you can book flights and time off work with confidence.
- Who treats you. Ask who carries out each stage of your treatment and how much experience they have with the treatment you need.
- Recognised standards. Ask which accreditation the clinic or hospital holds, and check it on the accrediting body’s own website. We work with JCI-accredited partner hospitals.
- Reviews that describe the whole journey. Read recent reviews in volume rather than a few highlights, and look for patients who had the same treatment as you. The most useful reviews talk about the plan, the communication and the follow-up, not only the first week.
- A named contact who answers in English. Before you pay anything, you should know who you are dealing with: one coordinator who knows your file, answers your questions in English and is there on the day, with a translator in the treatment room.
- Follow-up once you are home. Ask how follow-up works after you fly home: who you contact with a question, how quickly they reply and what is included if something needs adjusting.
- Clear payment terms, and time to decide. Ask what you pay, when and where. With us nothing is paid upfront: you accept your written plan, and every payment is made at the hospital in Turkey. A good clinic gives you the plan and the price, then lets you decide in your own time.
What a written plan should show
The plan is where the checklist becomes something you can hold a clinic to. Put two plans side by side and these five lines tell you which one you can rely on.
| What the plan shows | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Each tooth, and the treatment for it | You can compare two clinics like for like |
| The material, or the implant system | A price only means something next to the material |
| The number of visits and how long each lasts | You can book flights and time off work |
| One fixed price, and what it includes | No surprises when you arrive |
| How follow-up works once you are home | You know who to contact, and when |
Where in Turkey is best for teeth?
Most UK patients go to Istanbul or Antalya. Both have direct flights from UK airports, and both have hospitals and clinics that treat international patients every day. Our partner hospitals are in Istanbul, Antalya, Ankara and Izmir, so the city can follow your flights and the treatment you need.
The checklist matters more than the city. A clinic that passes all ten checks is the better choice wherever it is.
People also ask
Which dental clinic in Turkey is the best?
There is no single best clinic for everyone. The best clinic for you is the one that gives you a written plan built from your own X-ray or photos, names the materials, fixes the price in writing and explains how follow-up works once you are home. Use the ten checks on this page to compare clinics like for like.
What is the best dental clinic in Turkey according to reviews?
Reviews help most when you read them in volume and filter them for your own treatment. Look for recent reviews that describe the plan, the communication and the follow-up, not only the result on the day. Steady, detailed reviews across several years say more than a handful of perfect ones.
Where in Turkey is best for teeth?
Istanbul and Antalya are the two cities most UK patients choose, because both have direct flights from the UK and many hospitals and clinics that treat international patients every day. What matters more than the city is whether the clinic passes the checks on this page.
Is it a good idea to get teeth done in Turkey?
For many UK patients, yes: they get the treatment they want, planned in writing, at a fixed price and on a timetable that suits them. It works best when you choose the clinic with the same care you would use at home, starting with a written plan and a fixed price before you travel.
How much does it cost to get all your teeth done in Turkey?
It depends on how many teeth are treated and on the material, so the only figure that applies to you is a written quote for your own plan. Our Turkey teeth cost page sets out our fixed prices per tooth and for a full smile makeover.
How do I find a good dentist in Turkey?
Start with a written plan: send your X-ray or photos to two or three clinics and compare what comes back, tooth by tooth. Then check who treats you, the materials, the price, the number of visits and how follow-up works. The clinic that answers all of it clearly, in writing, before you pay anything, is the one to trust.
How we help you choose
We are an official representative office: we organise treatment at our JCI-accredited partner hospitals in Turkey, and the same team plans your treatment, arranges it and stays with you afterwards. Send your photos and a panoramic X-ray if you have one, tell us what you would like to change, and the written plan and fixed price arrive within 48 hours, before you decide anything. The evaluation is free, and there is no obligation.
Every dental package includes the consultation and X-rays, airport–clinic–hotel transfers, a translator with you throughout, and aftercare with follow-up support. It is the checklist on this page, answered in writing.
